We try to keep thing fairly simple so here is our cancellation policy.

If only the 20% deposit is paid and the tour is canceled two weeks or more before the date of the tour, 10% will be kept for service fees and the balance will be refunded. If the tour is canceled within two weeks of the tour date a 50% refund will be given. If the tour is canceled within 48hrs of the tour time there is no refund.

If more than a 20% deposit is paid and the tours is canceled more than 48hrs in advance, 10% of the total amount will be kept for service fees and the balance will be refunded. If the tour is canceled within 48hrs of the time of the tour 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

The amount of time it takes for the money to get back to your account depends on the two banks involved.
